Moutushi Sengupta is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oneworld Colab Pte Ltd, a regional advisory firm advancing gender-equitable, climate-resilient, and community-led development across Asia. With over 35 years of experience in philanthropy and international development, she brings deep expertise in systems-change design, catalytic capital mobilization, and institutional capacity building. Her work spans India and Southeast Asia, where she has led pooled funding initiatives, built collaborative governance models, and strengthened grassroots-aligned giving and implementation strategies. Previously, Moutushi held senior leadership roles at AVPN, Co-Impact, the MacArthur Foundation, Oxfam India, and DFID UK.
